Early Netherland Dwarfs (even into the 1970s-1980s) had fearful and sometimes aggressive behaviors as a result of using wild rabbits in the breeding program. The Netherland Dwarf body is short and compact and the legs are short in length. They have a larger bulldog type head with very short ears set on top of the head. Netherland Dwarfs come in over 20 colors in both solid and broken patterns.

King has a very nice shape to his head and ear. He has nice width to his body but could be a bit shorter through the body. He has an excellent temperment and even though he is an older buck, he is still producing beautiful babies.
